1973 PORSCHE 911S TARGA "RESTORED, WELL SORTED!!" GORGEOUS CAR!!

The car on offer here is this gorgeous 1973 Porsche 911S Targa. This is a matching numbers car, has been well maintained and is in excellent condition. The 2.4 liter engine and 5-speed transmission are original and matching numbers as verified by the Porsche Kardex. The odometer shows approx. 47k miles but true mileage is unknown (TMU). Recent and fully documented maintenance and upgrades of more than $20,000 was spent at a Porsche Marque specialist on the car which included but was not limited to; - Full suspension rebuild including bushings - Full brake rebuild, including rebuilt calipers, rotors and pads and other items - New Tires. -Installation of correct restored and reupholstered Porsche Sport seats - Engine was rebuild in 2013 including cylinder head rebuild, replacement timing chains, pistons, cylinders and exhaust valves by European Motorsports of Vista, California, - H4 European headlight upgrade - Restored Targa top. - Correct restored original Fuchs rims. We have records that indicate that the car was originally delivered in Trenton NJ along with the Porsche Classic Technical Certificate which accompanies the car. The front rubber overriders have been removed and a period-correct Porsche steering wheel is currently on the car; the original steering wheel comes with the car. The exterior Silver Metallic (936) Paint and body are in very good shape; with minor nicks and wear as would be expected. The car is well sorted and runs and drives as it should. The engine starts easily with good power and torque, and the transmission shifts with authority; this is one of the best running and driving 911’s we have ever driven. Buy with confidence, as this 1973 Porsche 911S Targa needs nothing except an enthusiastic new owner/collector.
