1940 FORD PICKUP "Correct flat head V8, gorgeous truck, excellent both mechanically and cosmetically"

This 1940 Ford Pickup has had long term ownership, and received a restoration in the early 2000’s and remains in wonderful excellent condition. The truck is powered by a correct 221ci flathead V8 paired with a three-speed manual transmission. This pickup comes with records, and transferable New York registration. During the restoration, the truck received the but not limited to the following bodywork was taken down to bear metal and refinished in red (photo documented). A pair of yellow-lens fog lamps is included in the sale, and the headlights were rewired under prior ownership. Red-painted 16″ steel wheels wear V8 hubcaps and are mounted with Coker Classic wide-whitewall tires, and a spare is mounted to the side of the truck. The cabin features a bench seat upholstered in tan vinyl, and interior appointments include a horn, a glovebox, a rubber floor mat, sun visors, seatbelts, and a billet metal dashboard.
